Annual Dondoyaki (burning of the trees) held

We will hold our annual Dondoyaki at the "Villa Harikoshi-Tei" on the grounds of Nakatana-so.

Dondoyaki is a traditional Japanese fire festival where New Year's decorations and calligraphy are burned.

Usually held in January, it is meant to send the New Year's gods off and to pray for a good harvest and good health.

We look forward to welcoming you all for another good year.
