We will hold a special wine party at Harikoshi-tei, a registered national tangible cultural property that is steeped in the history and culture of Komoro and is decorated with the beauty of each of the four seasons.

Junko Iwashita, Senior Sommelier, will be the instructor for this wine meeting.

Mr. Iwashita, who is also the owner of Komiyama Sake Shop in Komoro, will use his wealth of knowledge and experience to guide you into the exciting world of wine with a unique theme that matches the season each time.

In spring, you can enjoy a refreshing rosé wine with dishes dressed with the aroma of cherry blossoms, and in autumn, wines made from typical varieties from the Higashishin region of Nagano Prefecture.

Pairing creative kaiseki dishes that make the most of local ingredients with wines selected from around the world is a harmony of tastes.

Wine lovers as well as those who are just entering the world of wine will enjoy new discoveries and excitement.
